There’s plenty of beauty inspiration to take from Tung’s gorgeous looks, so if you need something to take to the hairdresser or an idea of what hair accessories to try next, look no further. Lola Tung’s bob in The Summer I Turned Pretty

Lola Tung sported a cropped bob for Season 3 of The Summer I Turned Pretty, signifying a new chapter for her character, Belly Conklin. While she was game to chop her hair off for the show, due to scenes being shot out of order, it was faked slightly with a wig. So, if you want to sport a bob but don’t want to commit, a wig could be an option for you. Showrunner and creator Jenny Han told People that Tung had the front of her hair cut, while the back was placed into a U-line wig.

Her gorgeous boho headpiece

Lola Tung’s boho outfit is one to inspire us as the weather gets warmer, and shows how simple accessories can elevate your look. Boyer styled Tung’s hair with textured waves, but the true star was the delicate lace headpiece. It was the final piece in the puzzle and complemented her sheer white minidress perfectly. *That* spiky Y2K updo

The actor channelled Y2K style when she arrived on the red carpet for Prime Video’s Book Club event in Australia. Wearing a 2003 Versace purple mini slip dress and white slip-on heels, her look reminded us of Jennifer Garner in Suddenly 30. The spiky updo with a slicked side part is super fun for a night out, and having your hair up means more attention will be on your chunky accessories. Photo: Courtesy of Prime Video.

Lola Tung’s vintage look

The Summer I Turned Pretty star pulled another piece from the archives this year, stepping out in a vintage Dior dress by John Galliano from 2004. Along with her Kate Spade Bag and ALDO heels, it’s clear she’s a huge fan of the Y2K era. She’s taken notes from the noughties when it comes to her hair, as well.
