NextHome is strengthening its agent and broker training program. On Monday, the firm announced that it was teaming up with Workman Success Systems to launch NextHome Growth Lab. According to the company, this initiative unites AI-powered tools, live coaching and performance accountability in one platform. It also promoted two executives.
NextHome Growth Lab is powered by Workman Success Systems’ proprietary Coach Simple technology. Through the platform, brokers can track an agent’s business, as well their goal setting and help them with on-demand learning.
Agents will also have access to the Training Center, which offers courses on all of NextHome’s included products and services. An enhanced version of the platform also includes access to role-specific programs like Buyer Agent Mastery (BAM), Admin Mastery Program (AMP), Rising Agent Mastery Program (RAMP), and Seller Listing Agent Mastery (SLAM).
“The future of brokerage success lies in empowering agents through technology, data, and expert coaching,” James Dwiggins, the Co-CEO of NextHome, said in a statement. “By collaborating with Workman Success Systems, we’re ensuring our members have access to a proven framework for growth—one that blends human accountability with AI-driven learning and precision.”
According to the release, all of NextHome’s brokers and agents will receive complimentary access to NextHome Growth Lab’s core resources, which include training content, AI-powered search tools, and basic business tracking and goal-setting features. Agents and brokers also have the option of paying for premium features.
“This partnership is about creating predictable greatness at scale,” Verl Workman, the CEO of Workman Success Systems, said in a statement. “NextHome understands that technology alone doesn’t transform businesses—coaching, accountability, proven systems, and leadership do.”
In addition to the Workman Success Systems partnership, NextHome also announced two new leadership appointments on Monday, including Charis Moreno’s promotion to chief revenue officer and Jim Fischetti’s appointment as president of brokerage operations.
NextHome said Moreno has been instrumental in developing innovative strategies to support franchisees and members since joining the company in 2014. In this new role, Moreno will continue leading initiatives that expand opportunities for NextHome agents and brokers.
Fischetti has played a large role in helping create NextHome’s learning, development and coaching programs. In his new role, Fischetti will oversee the learning and development initiatives run by Verl Workman and Workman’s Success Systems within NextHome Growth Lab.
“We couldn’t be more excited to recognize Charis and Jim with these well-deserved promotions,” said Keith Robinson, Co-Chief Executive Officer at NextHome. “Charis has attracted nearly every owner who has joined us in the last decade, always keeping the success of our members at the center of her work. Jim has been equally instrumental, building programs that empower our brokers and agents to thrive, and bringing unparalleled expertise in running a real estate brokerage.”
