The Real Brokerage announced major artificial intelligence (AI) advancements at its annual RISE 2025 conference, unveiling HeyLeo — a voice-interactive home search concierge — and expanded voice and intelligence features for Leo CoPilot, its agent-focused AI assistant.
HeyLeo, developed in-house on Real’s proprietary reZEN platform, allows consumers to search for homes using natural conversation rather than traditional filters.
The product represents Real’s first home search tool.
“Real estate is personal. It starts with a wish list, a dream or sometimes just a question,” said Tamir Poleg, chairman and CEO of The Real Brokerage. “HeyLeo meets buyers wherever they are in that journey, offering contextual intelligence to provide intuitive guidance, instant answers and seamless connection to the next step.
“It empowers consumers with a search experience unlike any other and gives agents a powerful, always-on teammate.”
HeyLeo capabilities
Unlike conventional platforms, HeyLeo engages homebuyers through voice or text-based questions such as “How many people will be living in the home?” or “Is the school district important to you?”
The system then curates recommendations based on lifestyle preferences — such as proximity to parks or cafes — rather than simply price and location.
HeyLeo can also respond to property-specific queries such as whether a home has a walk-in closet, a pool or a recently replaced HVAC system. It can also connect shoppers to Real Brokerage agents or mortgage pre-approval services through One Real Mortgage.
Its intelligence draws from Real’s listing data and MLS feeds across key U.S. markets, along with assets from Real’s acquisition of Flyhomes’ consumer search portal.
The beta version is available in 20 states with further rollout planned throughout 2026.
Pritesh Damani, chief technology officer at Real, highlighted platform features during a recent demonstration attended by HousingWire.
“Our goal is to serve our agents and this is built in conjunction with them,” he said. “This is true AI. This is taking out all the boring parts of their life and making it interesting. It helps them focus on the customers and focus on finding the right property for the right owner.”
Leo CoPilot expands voice and compliance intelligence
The company also revealed a major expansion of Leo CoPilot, its AI assistant for agents launched in 2024.
Features now include voice-first interaction, contextual compliance guidance and real-time broker intelligence.
“Because Leo is built natively inside our proprietary end-to-end transaction platform, we’re able to deliver AI insights in a way no other brokerage can,” Poleg said. “That gives us the power to innovate faster, adapt more precisely to agent needs and deliver more value to both agents and their clients.
“These innovations provide agents with on-demand, voice-enabled guidance — ranging from compliance matters to quick, in-the-moment questions between showings. It’s a game-changer for productivity and support.”
New features include voice interaction across the platform, context-aware responses that reflect local regulations and proactive updates based on anonymized agent feedback.
Leo’s adaptive intelligence is trained through broker collaboration and can escalate issues to a human broker when needed.
“Imagine the kind of text messages that you can send to your customers, right on your behalf,” said Damani. “And when the customer reacts, and is talking to you, talking to your AI concierge, you are engaging them in a way that nobody’s ever done before.”
Voice capabilities begin rolling out to Real agents immediately — with future updates planned to broaden compliance coverage and operational workflows.
