The requirements for the first one are relatively simple, and you should have the required fodder already available in your club.

The first Flash challenge will reward you with a Premium Electrum Playes Pack, which has six Silver and six Gold items. At least three of those six items are guaranteed to be Rare, and there’s a chance for the pack to feature a walkout/promo card.
