Bush is arguably one of the most fun characters in Megabonk, but he’s also hard to master.
Most of the characters in the game thrive when you take a direct approach with them. Bush is a sniper, so you’ll have to use him accordingly. His builds involve landing accurate shots to create maximum damage.

How to unlock Bush in Megabonk
Bush isn’t available by default in Megabonk but is relatively easy to find. However, you must win a strong boss fight to add him to the roster. You’ll have to track and find Bush in the Forest. Next, there will be a boss waiting to spawn in the region.
Look for areas with dense tree coverage to meet Bush. Areas with open foliage can be avoided since he won’t be there. Defeating the boss is necessary to add the sniper to your roster.

With Bush, you’ll want to hit slow and hard. His builds involve manually aiming his signature weapon for the most damage.

Bush might be fun, but his build is highly rigid. There’s no other option apart from playing as a Sniper. His primary weapon fires a piercing bullet that can travel through multiple enemies if they’re directly behind one another.
It also makes sense to hit as many enemies as you can. You’ll have to use the manual aim to hit Marked enemies. These are random enemies marked at random, and hitting them will cause them to explode. The explosion can convert into AoE damage if you’re targeting a swarm.
Ideally, you’ll have to use weapons with good range. Bow and Revolver are good choices, but don’t sleep on Aura. It is essential to level up Bush as quickly as possible, which brings Aura into the equation.
For tomes, the focus is on improving the Sniper Rifle. Damage is a must-have, but so is Projectile Speed and Quantity. Precision might not be very useful in the meta, but it raises a tier or two when you use it for Bush. With the recommended items on the table mentioned above, having a tome (Precision) that allows you to overhit on crits.
Forbidden Juice becomes mandatory with Precision since it gives a +10% crit chance. Gym Sance is also important as it raises all damage by 10%. If you want to add a bit of randomness, go for Soul Harvester. In comparison, Moldy Cheese is a safer choice and makes your life easier with elite enemies.
The strategy with Bush is pretty simple. You’ll always want to keep your distance from the enemies. Manual aim is necessary, as you’ll specifically want to target the Marked enemies. This will allow you to make them explode and deal added damage. Always try to line up your shots to hit multiple enemies with a single bullet.
