All collars in Mewgenics and how to get them

No two cats in Mewgenics are the same, and you can assign unique classes to them with the help of collars.

Collars are essentially class archetypes that you can attach to your cats. Once done, they will determine how a cat fights on a mission. There are 14 different collars to find, with 13 unique effects. This guide will briefly explain how you can get them all and how each collar works.

All collars in Mewgenics and how they work

When you obtain a collar, you’ll notice that its name represents a class. That’s just how these collars work. Every collar has a specific effect and boosts a unique set of stats when equipped.

Collar NameStatsHow it works
Butcher+3 Constitution
+2 Strength
-2 Speed
The Butcher is a DPS-focused class that offers a big hook to pull in and destroy enemies. The class also offers plenty of strength and health, making it ideal for beginners.
Cleric+2 Charisma
+2 Constitution
-1 Dexterity
-1 Speed
The Cleric class’ utility depends on the type of enemy you’re going to face. Since this is the only healing-focused class, having one against harder opponents is necessary. The collar allows you to heal and even revive fallen allies.
Druid+3 Charisma
+1 Luck
-2 Constitution
This class offers different buffs for your entire squad. It’s useful in the early game and with a certain team composition. Once you have specialists set up, there isn’t much use for a Druid.
Fighter+2 Strength
+1 Speed
-1 Intelligence
While the Fighter is a pretty basic class, it offers plenty of value. You enjoy good mobility, decent attacks, and sufficient aptitude towards using different weapons
Hunter+3 Dexterity
+2 Luck
-2 Speed
-1 Constitution
If you like dishing out damage from a distance and setting traps, the Hunter will be your favorite one. Offers plenty of room for innovation and gets the job done on most occasions.
JesterN/AThe Jester can copy the effect of any other collar in Mewgenics.
Mage+2 Charisma
+2 Intelligence
-1 Constitution
-1 Strength
This is the magic-focused collar as your cat mage will dish out plenty of spells without having to get close. This class is also useful when you are playing at a location that offers elemental benefits.
Monk+2 Charisma
+2 Intelligence
-1 Dexterity
-1 Strength
A hybrid class that offers the best of both worlds. You can opt for close-range attacks, or stay distant and land blows.
Necromancer+2 Constitution
+1 Charisma
-2 Strength
The class allows you raise your own undead army. You can raise dead cats to fight with you and destroy the enemies. Unlike the Cleric class, reanimating a cat won’t bring them back to life.
Psychic+1 Charisma
+1 Intelligence
+1 Speed
-1 Constitution
Allows you to take over the brain of your enemy. Instead of direct attacks, you can apply debuffs and manipulate them to turn the fight in your favor.
Tank+4 Constitution
-1 Dexterity
-1 Intelligence
One of the best collars for beginners, the class adds a massive pool of health and armor. This makes it easy for your cats to survive and deal damage to the enemies. Some of the attacks also offer a knockback effect that can hugely influence the course of a fight.
Tinkerer+4 Intelligence
-1 Charisma
-1 Luck
Allows you to make unique weapons for combat that can fit with other classes. This is a hard class to master as you’ll need to understand what makes the other collars do well furing a fight.
Thief+4 Speed
+1 Luck
-1 Constitution
-1 Strength
Allows you to become an assassin and teleport behind units to deal more damage and critical strikes. Excellent against harder enemies who might be well-shielded against frontal strikes.
Blank CollarN/AThis collar can be transformed into another collar that you’ve already acquired.
