NBA Star Jrue Holiday Lists Sprawling Massachusetts Mansion for $6.9 Million After Portland Trail Blazers Trade

NBA star Jrue Holiday is wasting no time cutting ties to the Boston Celtics as he is now offloading his Massachusetts dwelling for $6.9 million, just months after being traded to the Portland Trail Blazers.

The 35-year-old—who was traded from the Boston-based team to the Portland Trail Blazers in July—listed the 8,850-square-foot abode on Oct. 1, as first reported by the New York Post.

The basketball icon snapped up the sprawling home, which is situated in Newton, in May 2024 for $6.5 million.

The property, which was built in 2024, comes complete with six bedrooms, and 7.5 bathrooms.

Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, this brand-new, modern home epitomizes luxury. Large, bright rooms; lots of chic, blond wood; plus a simple, white-and-beige palette add up to an inescapably upscale vibe.
