EXCLUSIVE: Steelers Star Jalen Ramsey Sells His Nashville Condo For $3.75 Million—Scoring $1.6 Million Profit

Pittsburgh Steelers star Jalen Ramsey has offloaded his sprawling Nashville condo for $3.75 million—having gone into contract with a buyer just 11 days after he listed the property.

The four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom abode measures 3,323 square feet and is situated in the prestigious Poston at the Park condominium in Midtown Nashville.

Ramsey, 30, who hails from Tennessee and enlisted local real estate agent Alex Brandau of Aperture Global Real Estate to help him sell the home, purchased the condo for $2.15 million in 2019, which means he has netted a $1.6 million profit with its sale.

No doubt the NFL star will be hoping to bring that good luck to his team’s next match-up against the Cincinnati Bengals on Oct. 16, having just trounced the Cleveland Browns in a 23-9 victory.

Ramsey, perhaps riding high on his real estate touchdown, recorded two sacks, marking the first time he has had a multi-sack game in his 10-year NFL career, according to ESPN.

His decision to offload his Nashville home further cements his commitment to the Steelers, having been traded to the team by the Miami Dolphins, earning a $1.5 million raise in the process—bringing his estimated total earnings for 2025 to a whopping $26.6 million.

The cornerback will perhaps use some of that money to purchase a new dwelling with more space than his Nashville condo afforded—although the vistas will be hard to beat.

The property, which offers panoramic views of Music City, features floor-to-ceiling windows, an open-plan living space, and multiple private balconies.

Upon entering the condo, guests are greeted with an expansive living area that is adorned in dark wood flooring and a cozy fireplace.

The sprawling lounging room holds plenty of space for several seating areas that allow guests to relax and look out at Nashville’s skyline.

Just behind the living area, there is a chef’s kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, an island with bar seating, dark cabinetry, and a chic backsplash.

Moving into one of the many bedrooms, there is the same dark wooden floors and black-trim floor-to-ceiling-windows and a matching door that opens up to one of the serene balconies.

Elsewhere in the home, there is a pool table and second lounging area—making it the perfect place to entertain.

The stunning condo is just minutes away from Nashville’s famous dining, shopping, and entertainment areas.

According to a press release shared with Realtor.com®, the sale ranks among Nashville’s top ten condo sales of 2025.

“Notably, the buyer was based in London – a sign of Nashville’s growing stature as an international real estate destination attracting global investors drawn to the city’s tax advantages and lifestyle appeal,” the press release adds.

“The sale also set a new benchmark within Poston at the Park, closing at more than 40% higher than other recent transactions in the building and highlighting continued buyer demand for its most exceptional residences.”

Brandau also commented on the sale, noting, “I was honored to work with Jalen on this transaction. He trusted us to handle the process with discretion and privacy, and delivering that level of care is something I take great pride in.

“That’s why clients like Jalen choose Aperture. The platform gives us the reach, tools, and support to provide a seamless experience at the very highest level.”

Meanwhile, Michael Valdes, President of Aperture Global and CEO of LPT International, explained that the brokerage has been on a mission to boost the luxury market.

“This transaction is another example of how Aperture is reshaping the luxury real estate
landscape.

“Our vision has always been to build a brokerage that empowers agents to deliver world-class service with global reach. Seeing high-profile clients choose Aperture reinforces the strength of that vision,” Valdes said.

The Steelers cornerback, who joined the Pittsburgh-based team in 2025, previously played for the Dolphins, Los Angeles Rams, and Jacksonville Jaguars.

He played college football for the Florida State Seminoles until he was selected by the Jaguars fifth overall in the 2016 NFL draft.

Ramsey’s primary residence was previously a 10,000-square-foot abode in Hidden Hills, CA, which he snapped up in 2020.

He later listed the seven-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom dwelling, which came complete with a basketball court, home gym, sauna, movie theater, game room, swimming pool, and guest house, for $13.995 in 2023.

Amid rumors that he may be being traded to the Dallas Cowboys, it has been reported that Ramsey also recently snapped up a home in Fort Worth, TX.

According to ESPN, the football fanatic closed on the home in May, just 45 minutes away from the Cowboys’ facilities.
