In the tier list above, we ranked every card currently available in Plants vs Brainrots based on the usefulness of the buffs they provide you with. For the most part, cards that buff the DPS of your plants, such as Doom Bloom and Bloom Ascendant, are the best overall. The reason is simple: money generation and luck are less important in the late game. Still, Rizzrot Manifestation and Secret Collection are worth using instead of a weak plant DPS card. Cards that disable brainrots are not that great, as these effects usually proc while there are only one or two brainrots on your field.

Best Card Loadout in Plants vs Brainrots:

Here is our optimal Plants vs Brainrots card loadout, which focuses on maximizing the DPS of your plants:

  • Doom Bloom: Best flat DPS boost that permanently grants your plants +35% Damage.
  • Bloom Ascendant: Insane DPS boost for all of your plants that lasts for 5 minutes. You can improve its uptime by using Riot and Speed potions, which buff brainrot spawn rate.
  • Tile Trio: Decent damage buff for plants that are in groups of three.
  • Mono-Crop Mindset: Good damage boost if you can balance out the DPS across the field rows while using only one type of plant in most rows.
  • Rizzrot Manifestation/Meteor Strike: For the last card, you can either go with a slight Luck boost or a consistent thrash-tier brainrot clearing.
